How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship across the world. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@secondly.uk as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?

We hope this never happens, but in the event it does please contact us at info@secondly.uk with your order number and some information regarding the issue. We will always prioritise getting this sorted for you!

Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2-3 Working Days

International

International Tracked (EU): 3-5 Working Days

International Tracked (Outside EU): 5-7 Working Days

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@secondly.uk. We will arrange will work with you to arrange a return of the item you received and either an exchange or a full refund at your request.

How can I track my order?

All international shipping is tracked.

Domestic shipping tracking only indicates if the order has been sent or delivered.
